What’s Happening
Aug 29 – Room Parent Sign Up Opens (will be sent out via teacher emails)
Room Parents are key connectors for each class. Sign up to help share information, coordinate support, and partner with teachers on classroom needs. (Please do not email your teacher.) Find out more about the role at rcfpta.org/room-parent-program/.
Sep 18 – Room Parent Orientation
Attend the Room Parent Orientation to be held September 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM ET. If you want to volunteer and cannot make this time, email: room.parent.coordinator@rcfpta.org.

BOOTH SIGNUPS NOW OPEN!
Empanadas, Cannoli, and Tacos. Oh my! Last year, RCF families showcased culinary delights, educational displays, and interactive exhibits from around the world. This year we hope to make it even bigger! Please sign up by 9/18.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Parent volunteers are the magic that makes all PTA programs possible. Sign up to help support this fun event. Planning is already underway and it’s time to gather a solid group of 5-7 volunteers to move the event to the next level. We are a fun, organized group and the event is a blast. Some of the places where we are looking for volunteers to help include:
- Securing and supporting Main Stage performers.
- Organizing signups and support for family educational booths.
- Decorating!
- Passport/scavenger hunt and community art activity coordination.
- SSL volunteers coordination.
Note: This is NOT the Student Service Learning or day-of volunteer signup, which will come at a later date.
How to Get Involved
- We’re looking for parents to join our PTA committees this year. No experience needed—we’ll guide you along the way, and there are flexible ways to help.

- Fill out the Volunteer Interest Form
- Prefer to support quietly? Join the PTA or renew your RCF PTA membership for the 2025-2026 school year. We have several membership options this year, including a Pay What You Can option (starting at $0) to ensure membership is open to all families.
